Build & Deploy runs anywhere from a few focused weeks to many months, depending on the milestone. Fixed price, milestone-scoped, no T&M.
After the build ships, some clients run the system themselves. Others stay on for Fractional CTO advisory, a Dev Subscription for steady ongoing execution, or both.
