Before the day: A short fit call where you tell us about your problem, your business, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll tell you if a Kickstart is the right fit. (If it's not, we'll say so and point you in the right direction — no charge.)
The day — remote or in-person: We spend a full day heads-down on your problem. Not whiteboarding. Not workshopping. Actually building. You bring the domain knowledge, we bring the engineering. By the end, you have something real.
If a single day doesn't work for your schedule, we can split it across two mornings — same total time, same fixed price, just easier to fit around your life.
If you're in the Greater Vancouver area, we'll come to you — or we'll find a quiet coworking spot together. There's something about being in the same room for a build day: faster decisions, sharper feedback, no screen-share fatigue. For everyone else, we run it remotely with the same intensity.
Depending on your problem, the prototype might look like:

The debrief: We walk you through what we built, what we learned, and what we'd recommend next. Is this worth pursuing? What would a production build cost? What are the risks?
